Avaya, a global leader in business communications systems, today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Nortel Enterprise Solutions (NES).
Avaya today announced it was granted early termination of the antitrust waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended ("HSR Act"), for the company's proposed acquisition of Nortel's enterprise solutions business.
