A. We Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety Laws and Regulations

In addition to protecting the health and safety of our directors, officers and employees (discussed in Section V.C above), Avaya is committed to protecting our customers and the communities in which we operate.  To that end, Avaya complies with all environmental, health and safety laws and regulations that impact our business.  You should review Avaya’s Environmental, Health & Safety Policy for more information.  If you have any questions about that policy, you can contact the Health, Environment, Safety, and Benefits Administration Organization.

B. We Comply with International Trade Rules and Regulations

It is Avaya’s policy to comply with applicable import and export laws in the countries in which it does business.  In addition, it is Avaya’s policy to comply with applicable anti-boycott laws and regulations.  If you learn of a boycott request or if you are asked to participate in a boycott in any country, you should consult the International and Commercial Law group of Avaya Law before taking any action.  It is important for employees to review Avaya’s Global Trade Compliance Policy, be aware of activities that raise issues under these laws, and seek assistance from Global Trade Support where appropriate.
