Avaya held its 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on February 15, 2007. At that meeting, shareholders elected/re-elected each of Mr. Landy, Mr. Leslie, Dr. Stanzione and Mr. Terracciano as Class 3 Directors of the Company for a term to expire at the 2010 Annual Meeting.
