If you are a registered shareholder (i.e., you own Avaya stock in
your name on the The Bank of New York records) you can access your
account through The Bank of New York's web site with your SSN/Tax
ID number and PIN (Personal Identification Number).
You may view your account balances, transactions, and check history
as well as complete the following transactions online:
- Change your address.
- Change/View investment options.
- Request certificates from your direct purchase plan shares or
direct registration shares (DRS).
- Request certificates from your dividend reinvestment plan shares
or direct registration shares (DRS).
- Sell shares.
 Access account.
If you do not have a PIN number you may request one on the web
site after satisfying certain security requirements.
