Analyst Report Lists Avaya In Leaders Quadrant in EnterpriseTelephony

Gartner analysts Jay Lassman, Richard Costello and Jeff Snyderevaluated Avaya and 11 other enterprise telephony providers on eachcompany's technology vision and ability to execute in themarketplace. According to the Gartner report, leaders are companiesthat are performing well today, have a clear vision of marketdirection and are actively building competencies to sustain theirleadership position in the market.

Gartner noted the Internet protocol telephony market in NorthAmerica is moving into a period of growth and acceptance, with afocus on new business applications that improve productivity andcustomer service operations.
