Avaya and Getronics Join Forces to Offer Integrated Solutions inMexico

Together, Avaya and Getronics will create an enhanced portfolioof services and solutions for the Mexican market. Both companieswill provide a suite of products and services that will enablecorporations to expand their market niches and achieve theirbusiness goals quickly and effectively.

The partnership includes the marketing of Avaya's IP Telephony,Contact Center and Unified Communications products and solutions,as well as the training of Getronics engineers to obtaincertification for the integration and maintenance of Avayaproducts. Getronics will also be incorporated into Avaya'sBusinessPartner certification program.
