Avaya and HP Business Alliance to Bring World-Class End-to-EndSolutions to Contact Center Industry

In an effort to provide leading edge telecommunication andcomputing solutions to the country's growing contact centerindustry, Avaya Inc (NYSE: AV) and HP have teamed up to implement ajoint business development initiative in the Philippines under itsGlobal Partnership program. This powerful business alliance willleverage on both companies' respective industry leadership andcombines a comprehensive end-to-end, depth and breadth ofsolutions.

This powerful business alliance willleverage on both companies' respective industry leadership andcombines a comprehensive end-to-end, depth and breadth ofsolutions.

Under the Avaya-HP business alliance, customers will benefitfrom a bundled solution that includes Avaya's telecommunicationsproducts and solutions, and HP's desktop PCs and Servers, givingcontact centers the technology advantage to deliver better servicesto their clients.

Attractive financing and leasing options are also made availableto expedite the solutions' easy acquisition and allow customers tobuild their contact centers at a more cost-effective approach. Moreimportantly, customers will also benefit from the superior R&Dsupport coming from HP and Avaya Labs as both companies continue toinvest in providing the latest technology and timely customersupport for its solutions.
