Daycom Systems Achieves Gold Certification Status with Avaya

The Gold certification is an industry-recognized designationthat indicates Daycom Systems has met a series of rigorous criteriato ensure superior technical competency and the ability to deliverbest-in-class customer service and support as measured by anindependent survey organization.

Daycom Systems sells Avaya communications systems, design andimplementation services to businesses in 12 states throughout thecountry: Arizona, California, Washington, D.C., Delaware, Maryland,North Carolina, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginiaand Washington State.

  • Customer satisfaction ratings of 85 percent orhigher.
  • Certified employees who have completed courses andpassed a rigorous exam to earn the designation "Avaya CertifiedSpecialist." Avaya has one of the industry's leading programs tocertify technical professions in converged voice and data networksand applications, including IP telephony.

Of the 1,100 Avaya BusinessPartners in the U.S. who are eligibleto participate in Avaya's certification program for 2003, DaycomSystems was one of 90 to achieve certification.
