The Platinum certification is an industry-recognized designationthat indicates MVD Communications has met a series of rigorouscriteria to ensure superior technical competency and the ability todeliver best-in-class customer service and support as measured byan independent survey organization.

One of the many companies that has benefited from MVDCommunication's superior customer service is Reynolds &Reynolds Company, a national automotive applications provider andconsulting firm based in Dayton, Ohio.

Reynolds & Reynolds turned to MVD for a technology platformthat would allow its Technical Assistance Center to provideindustry-leading customer support over a variety of communicationchannels.
