New Avaya Online Forums Help Enterprises Reach Growth Objectivesand Improve Business Results Through Communications

The first forum, available in English, Spanish and Portuguese,begins Tuesday, May 20, and will focus on a range of communicationsolutions and applications that can be used to reduce costs — fromtelephony and converged networks to contact centers, unifiedcommunication and global services. Entitled "Reach > ReducedCosts," the session will feature insight from Avaya executives,as well as news, analysis and perspective from InformationWeekmagazine and industry analyst Nick Lippis.

In addition, Avaya customers such as the Seattle Times, JetBlueAirways, Grant Thornton and the National Basketball Associationwill share their experiences in using communications technology toreduce costs and improve bottom-line results.
