Avaya Recognizes U.S. BusinessPartners for Outstanding RevenueGrowth, Superior Customer Satisfaction


Avaya announced that Comm-Works Inc., Consultedge Inc., Cross Telecom Corporation, Lantana Communications Corporation, North American Communications Resources Inc., Strategic Products and Services, and Technology Solutions Group have been named Avaya BusinessPartners of the Year.

Avaya (NYSE:AV), a leading global provider of communications networks and services for businesses, announced that Comm-Works Inc. of Plymouth, Minn., Consultedge Inc. of New York, N.Y., Cross Telecom Corporation of Eden Prairie, Minn., Lantana Communications Corporation of Dallas, Texas, North American Communications Resources Inc. of Minneapolis, Minn., Strategic Products and Services of Cedar Knolls, N.J., and Technology Solutions Group of Wheaton, Ill., have been named Avaya BusinessPartners of the Year.

Avaya awarded the designation to the seven firms based on their exceptional revenue growth and superior customer satisfaction ratings during fiscal 2003.

"Through their superior performance, these companies are helping our customers compete more effectively in the marketplace," said Susan Bailey, Avaya vice president for channels, alliances and enterprise communications system sales in the Americas. "They exhibit a relentless commitment to helping organizations use technology to efficiently, seamlessly and securely drive their business operations from where they are today to where they need to be."

Avaya presented "Growth" awards to BusinessPartner companies who exhibited the largest percentage of sales growth over the previous fiscal year. Those companies were Michael Merrill & Associates of Brea, Calif., and Altura Communications Solutions L.L.C. of Anaheim, Calif.

"Emerging Star" awards were presented to Choice Solutions of Overland Park, Kansas and to Lenoco Technologies L.L.C. of Indianapolis, Ind. Though part of the Avaya BusinessPartner program for less than two years, both companies achieved superior sales results for Avaya products and services and received high customer satisfaction ratings.

Avaya also recently honored eight companies for the sale of Avaya services, recognizing their superior performance as authorized, one-star, two-star or three-star BusinessPartners. These include: Midwest Voice and Data of Loveland, Ohio, authorized BusinessPartner; Office Solutions of Warren, N.J., one-star partner; Consultedge Inc. of New York, N.Y., two-star BusinessPartner; and Cross Telecom of Eden Prairie, Minn., three-star BusinessPartner.
