Millenigence Solution Now Rated 'Avaya Compliant'


Millenigence announced it has successfully completed interoperability testing of its DashPhone™ Application Server, DashPhone™ CXP, and Time Sheet Express™ with key Internet Protocol (IP) telephony systems from Avaya.

Millenigence, Inc., a leading provider of IP Telephony Data Services Software, today announced it has successfully completed interoperability testing of its DashPhone™ Application Server, DashPhone™ CXP, and Time Sheet Express™ with key Internet Protocol (IP) telephony systems from Avaya (NYSE:AV), a leading global provider of business communications software, systems and services.


Millenigence's flagship product, the DashPhone Application Server gives IP Telephony independent software vendors (ISVs) and Integrators the ability to develop new business applications for delivery to IP end point devices. This robust, device-agnostic data services platform also allows application providers and integrators to easily integrate existing data, or business logic, into their IP-enabled solutions. Avaya IP Phone users can increase the returns on their converged communication investment with the real-time delivery of custom data to each IP end point.


Avaya users also benefit from the Millenigence award-winning DashPhone CXP content translation software which provides transparent access to WAP and XML applications on their Avaya IP Phones. Millenigence has created a device-agnostic software agent that allows IP Telephony ISVs and Integrators to broaden the reach of content, through real-time translation, without having to re-write software.


Millenigence also provides a suite of browser services that directly demonstrates the value of migrating to an IP Telephony system. The Time Sheet Express application, certified with Avaya, offers businesses with large numbers of hourly employees to use their Avaya IP Phones as a clock-in / clock-out device and enables basic human resources functionality. Each of these Millenigence IP Telephony data services software offerings are available now and compliance tested by Avaya for compatibility with the Avaya Communications Manager and the Avaya 4620 IP Phones.
