SDC Solutions Successfully Completes Avaya Interoperability Testing


SDC Solutions announced it has successfully completed interoperability testing of its IntelliSPEECH® Speech-Based Auto Attendant and IPSERVICES Directory and OnCall applications with solutions from Avaya.

SDC Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of mission critical communications solutions, today announced it has successfully completed interoperability testing of its IntelliSPEECH® Speech-Based Auto Attendant and IPSERVICES Directory and OnCall applications with solutions from Avaya (NYSE:AV), a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services. Both IntelliSPEECH and IPSERVICES are components of SDC's Total Call Handling Solution. Both applications have successfully completed compliance testing by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Communication Manager 2.2 and Avaya 4610/4620 IP Phones, release 2.130.


IntelliSPEECH helps businesses save money by eliminating up to 80 percent of routine calls to operators, allowing businesses to process more calls in less time and redistribute staff as needed.


IPSERVICES helps businesses enhance customer service by empowering employees to perform a directory search, connect a call and launch a page directly from an IP phone, thereby reducing internal calls to operators and allowing them to focus on customer needs. IPSERVICES OnCall helps hospitals ensure patient safety by guaranteeing hospital staff can access the most updated on call schedule and contact the correct physician at all times. Both IntelliSPEECH and IPSERVICES share an automatically updated database, reducing duplicated efforts and administration.
