TASKE Technology Solution Now Rated "Avaya Compliant"

TASKE Technology announced that its call center management solution — TASKE Contact — is compliant with IP telephony solutions from Avaya.

OTTAWA - TASKE Technology, a leading provider of real-time call management and historical reporting solutions for the contact center and general business environment, today announced that its call center management solution - TASKE Contact - is compliant with IP telephony solutions from Avaya (NYSE:AV), a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.
 
TASKE Contact helps businesses report on inbound, outbound and internal call activity, monitor call center agent performance levels, provide managers with the ability to respond immediately to changing call volume and agent availability, and allow managers to control call center operating costs. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Communication Manager IP telephony software.
