CATERHAM, Surrey - TISL Limited, a leading U.K. call recording company, today announced that its Eventra recording and performance optimisation solution suite is compliant with key Internet protocol (IP) and traditional telephony solutions from Avaya (NYSE:AV), a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.


The Eventra recording suite unobtrusively records, stores, retrieves and replays calls and other transactions to provide a snapshot of what occurs in a business environment at any point in time. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Communication Manager 3.1, the company's industry-leading telephony software.
