Telrex Call Recording Software Now Rated Avaya Compliant

Telrex announced its CallRex Professional version 3.1 and CallRex Express call recording software are compatible with IP telephony solutions from Avaya. 

KIRKLAND, WASHINGTON — Telrex, developer of VoIP call recording and monitoring software for small and medium businesses using Internet protocol (IP) PBXs or hosted PBX services, today announced its CallRex Professional version 3.1 and CallRex Express call recording software are compatible with IP telephony solutions from Avaya (NYSE:AV), a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services. 

 

CallRex Professional and CallRex Express enable small and medium businesses to record calls occurring on IP phone systems for training purposes, dispute resolution or regulatory compliance. The products are compatible with Avaya IP Office, a flexible and easy-to-use converged voice and data system designed especially for small and medium businesses.

As a member of the program, Telrex is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab in Lincroft, N.J. There a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant.
