Digital Speech Systems Inc. Selected for Membership in Avaya DeveloperConnection Program

Digital Speech Systems Inc. announced it has been selected by Avaya for membership in the Avaya DeveloperConnection program.

RICHARDSON, Texas – Digital Speech Systems Inc, a Texas corporation, today announced it has been selected by Avaya Inc. (NYSE: AV), a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services, for membership in the Avaya DeveloperConnection program.


Digital Speech Systems Inc. is the developer and manufacturer of WinVCL digital call loggers/recorders, a family of products that monitors, records and archives telephone calls. The Digital Speech Systems Inc. solutions are designed to work with Avaya Internet protocol (IP) telephony software.


Digital Speech Systems Inc. WinVCL digital call loggers/recorders monitor and record phone calls on IP, digital and analog sets as well as calls received on T1/PRI digital trunks. The recorded calls are deposited in a database for later retrieval by contact center supervisors and managers. The system supports scheduled and on-demand recording and also provides call statistics, including inpidual agent and combined group performance.


The Avaya DeveloperConnection program promotes the development, compliance-testing and co-marketing of innovative third-party products that are compatible with standards-based Avaya solutions.
