Juma Technology Achieves Platinum Certification with Avaya

Avaya announced that it has named Juma Technology a Platinum-level BusinessPartner.

Platinum certification, Avaya's highest accreditation level, elevates Juma from a Gold level Avaya BusinessPartner to the top-ranked status. The Platinum partner certification indicates that Juma has successfully met a series of rigorous criteria to ensure superior technical competency along with outstanding customer satisfaction and support, as measured by an independent survey organization. Exceptional customer ratings inherent to the Platinum status are reflective of Juma's superior planning, deployment and customer service proficiencies.

Juma Helps Empire Merchants LLC Improve Business Operations

Juma designed and implemented a complete upgrade from a 15-year old TDM system to Avaya Communication Manager as the foundation for contact center and business operations. The solution included Avaya Modular Messaging, call recording and call accounting.  It also enabled unified messaging, which provided remote and field workers with seamless communication abilities in accessing and managing voice, fax and email messages.

 

The architecture designed by Juma for Empire Merchants included multiple layers of resiliency and redundancy, simplified system management and greatly improved efficiencies in the company’s call center. In addition, the call recording feature proved to be a valuable tool in Empire's multi-faceted training program and quality control.
