SynTelate Now Rated "Compliant" on Additional Avaya Platforms

CONCORD, N.H. - synTelate Corp., a leading provider of contact center software, today announced that its synTelate Agent Desktop application is compliant with key contact center solutions from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services. 


synTelate Agent Desktop helps businesses optimize sales and customer services activities with tools that enable agents to handle inbound or outbound calls more swiftly and effectively. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Communication Manager 4.0 IP telephony and contact center software and with Avaya IP Office 4.0, an intelligent communications solution designed for small and mid-sized businesses.


synTelate previously achieved compliance with Avaya IP Office 3.0 and with Avaya Proactive Contact solutions for automated outbound communications.
