Teleopti Solution Now Rated "Avaya Compliant"

Teleopti announced that its award-winning workforce management solution, Teleopti CCC, is compliant with key contact center solutions from Avaya.

DANDERYD, Sweden - Teleopti, a leading provider of workforce management and telecom management solutions, today announced that its award-winning workforce management solution, Teleopti CCC, is compliant with key contact center solutions from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services. 


The Teleopti CCC helps businesses manage, involve and improve all aspects of workforce management in today's contact centers. Teleopti CCC version 6.6, along with Teleopti Log Server version 7.0, are now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Call Management System 14, an application that helps businesses monitor and analyze the performance of their contact center operations.
