Avaya CEO to Deliver Opening Keynote Address at VoiceCon 2008

In the opening keynote address at Spring VoiceCon 2008, Avaya CEO Lou D'Ambrosio will describe how today's global companies are putting Unified Communications technologies to work to empower their employees and transform customer service capabilities for greater customer loyalty and repeat business.

BASKING RIDGE, N.J. – In the opening keynote address at Spring VoiceCon 2008, Avaya CEO Lou D'Ambrosio will describe how today's global companies are putting Unified Communications technologies to work to empower their employees and transform customer service capabilities for greater customer loyalty and repeat business. VoiceCon 2008 is a leading conference and exhibition for enterprise voice, IP telephony and convergence solutions. The event is scheduled for March 17-20 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
