Avaya Launches Low Interest Financing Program to Help Businesses Invest in Unified Communications

Avaya Financial Services have announced the availability of New Wave, a program that offers zero percent and 2.99 percent financing to businesses based in North America.

The New Wave program is especially significant for small and mid-sized businesses that typically have lower budgets for their communications needs. The program allows companies to easily lease and finance equipment at low monthly payments, with minimal initial investment and fixed manageable payments. The offer is available through Avaya certified BusinessPartners and Avaya's direct sales force and can be combined with other Avaya discount programs and promotions for maximum appeal to customers.   

 

Recently, Avaya introduced the industry's most affordable Unified Communications solutions, designed specifically for a new era of global, virtual business. New Wave program wins new customers
Tom Bell, one of the largest automobile dealers in San Bernardino County, California, based its voice and data communication network for its new, multi-million-dollar dealership on Avaya Communication Manager software running on S8300 Servers and financed the network through the New Wave program. "When we learned we could finance our network quickly and economically through New Wave, that really made the sale," said Paul Smith, general manager. Tom Bell's communications network was configured by Rimrock Technologies, Inc., a Gold Level certified member of the Avaya BusinessPartner program.

 

Another customer, Enhancing Merchants Credit Cards, E=MC2 L.L.C.,  handles credit card and check processing, custom web site development, legal and accounting consultation and shopping cart development for web sites. The company has IP Office for its 20-employee, multi-site company, with features that include networked messaging between company sites that have various voice mail systems, and a "single inbox" capability that lets employees get voice and emails through their computer, office phone or mobile phone.

 

"Enhancing Merchants needed an advanced communications solution to support its 24-hour business and calling volume," said Len Altimari, senior account executive, Converging Networks Group, a member of Avaya's BusinessPartner program. "In fact, they signed a contract with another vendor, but we won back their business in three days with Avaya solutions and the New Wave program."

 

Two financing options are available: a 36-month finance lease at 2.99 percent or a 60-month FMV (fair market value) true lease at zero percent, which helps provide customers the flexibility to own the equipment or lease the equipment at low monthly payments. A true lease is typically designed for businesses that want the lowest monthly payment with the greatest flexibility at the end of the lease term.
