Inova IT Announces a Global Reseller Agreement with Avaya for Click2Call and SIP Objects.NET

Inova IT and Avaya announced that they will sell and deliver Click2Call and SIP Objects.NET products to help organizations leverage their communications capabilities and easily embed them into their daily business processes.

MARIBOR, Slovenia - Inova IT, a leading provider of cutting-edge tools and applications that drive converged communications, and Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems, and services, today announced that they will sell and jointly deliver Click2Call and (Session Initiation Protocol) SIP Objects.NET products designed by Inova IT to help organizations leverage their communications capabilities and easily embed them into their daily business processes.

 

Click2Call is a client application that enables users to easily and cost-effectively dial telephone numbers from their computer screen simply by clicking on them. With Click2Call, users can connect with multiple devices, including mobile phones, office phones, home phones, or even a softphone.

 

SIP Objects.NET is a .NET application development framework that enables application development or integration of telecommunication functionality into new or existing .NET applications through a simple, intuitive, .NET-oriented API and visual tooling.

Both Click2Call and SIP Objects.NET have successfully completed compliance-testing by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya SIP Application Server, a development and deployment platform for mission-critical converged communications applications. The Avaya SIP Application Server coordinates access to multiple SIP-based communications solutions, including Avaya Communication Manager and Avaya SIP Enablement Services.

As a Gold member of the program, Inova IT is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution
Interoperability and Test Lab in Lincroft, N.J, where a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant. Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their networks without having to replace their existing infrastructure - speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
