LightNet Complex Solutions Now Rated "Avaya Compliant"

LightNet Complex announced that its IPO InPhoneMachine and IPO Play! Statistics are compliant with key communications solutions for small and mid-sized businesses from Avaya.

MOSCOW, Russia - LightNet Complex, a unique company in Russia developing computer-telephony integration (CTI) applications, today announced that its IPO InPhoneMachine and IPO Play! The IPO InPhoneMachine helps businesses automate the delivery of personalized voice messages to clients. IPO Play! Statistics helps businesses track call duration and volume so they can improve agent productivity and reduce telephone expenses. Both applications now are compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya IP Office 4.0, an integrated solution for the telephony, messaging, networking, conferencing and customer management needs of small to mid-sized businesses.
