NMS Adaptive Contact Center Now Rated "Avaya Compliant"

New Media Software announced that its Adaptive suite of products is compliant with key Internet protocol (IP) telephony solutions for small and mid-sized businesses from Avaya.

EASTLEIGH, Hampshire U.K. - New Media Software, a leading provider of call and contact center applications, today announced that its Adaptive suite of products is compliant with key Internet protocol (IP) telephony solutions for small and mid-sized businesses from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.

 

The Adaptive suite of applications increases business productivity in a number of ways, from improving outbound call productivity to multimedia inbound call handling via voice, email, fax, short message service (SMS) and Web chat. The applications now are compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya IP Office 4.0, a high-performance voice and data server for the telephony, messaging, networking, conferencing and customer management needs of small to mid-sized companies.
