Zeacom Communications Center Solutions Rated "Avaya Compliant"


Zeacom Communications Center 5.1 software is compliant with key IP telephony solutions from Avaya. 

IRVINE, Calif. - Zeacom (, the leading global provider of Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center solutions for the small-to-medium sized business market, today announced that its Zeacom Communications Center (ZCC) 5.1 software is compliant with key Internet protocol (IP) telephony solutions from Avaya. 


Fully compatible with Avaya IP Office 4.2, Communication Manager 5.0, and AES 4.2, ZCC 5.1 is sourced from a single application, and provides Rich Presence, Unified Messaging, Contact Center, Blended Out-dialing, IVR, Operator Console, Mobility, SIP-Based Audio Conferencing, and Microsoft integration on one server using a single administration interface.
