2Ring Solution Now Rated "Avaya Compliant"

2Ring, an independent software house and the first Slovak DevConnect member, today announced that its Mediator v2.0 application is compliant with key contact center solutions from Avaya.

BRATISLAVA, Slovakia – 2Ring, spol. s r.o., an independent software house and the first Slovak DevConnect member, today announced that its Mediator v2.0 application is compliant with key contact center solutions from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.

 

Mediator helps businesses to boost the efficiency of their contact centers by integrating Avaya's Contact Center with CRM systems. The application has now been compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Inc.'s Communication Manager 5.1, and it holds the status of SAP Certified – Integration with SAP NetWeaver.

One of the first companies benefiting from the interoperability of Mediator and Avaya solutions is Internet Mall, a.s., a business that operates a total of twenty-three internet stores in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, and Germany.
