MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Amcom Software, a leading provider of mission-critical communications solutions, today announced that its XpressDesk PC Attendent Console solution is compliant with key solutions from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services. 


Amcom's Xpress Desk helps businesses in the hospitality industry enable their call center representatives to serve as a concierge group and provide the level of service expected by both the guest and the property's management. Amcom has updated the compliance-testing by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Inc.'s Communication Manager 5.1 and Application Enablement Services 4.2 with the XpressDesk product line.
