Cross Telecom, Inc. achieves Avaya Services Delivery Specialist Certification

In addition to the previously achieved Implementation Specialist & Support Specialist certifications, Cross has become the very first Avaya Business Partner to achieve the Integration Expert designation.

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. - Cross Telecom, Inc. today announced that it has achieved an additional Services Delivery Specialist (SDS) certification from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications systems, software and services. In addition to the previously achieved Implementation Specialist & Support Specialist certifications, Cross has become the very first Avaya Business Partner to achieve the Integration Expert designation. This means that Cross has demonstrated proficiency in the skills and qualifications needed for expert delivery of the full range of implementation, support & integration services to Avaya customers.
