ImmediateDialogs helps businesses to improve customer support levels at highly reduced cost with revolutionary multi-channel, self-service solutions for surveys, helpdesk, front office, mail and basically any e-commerce web application. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya's Self Service 5.0 using VXML/CCXML Avaya Voice Portal (4.1 and 5.0) using SIP integration.
