YOKNEAM, Israel - MIND CTI, a leading developer of call management solutions, today announced that its PhonEX ONE call management system is compliant with the Communication Manager IP telephony solution from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.


The PhonEX ONE system helps businesses manage and control the telecommunication expenses, resources and productivity. Based on MS SQL database that interacts with enterprises' active directory, PhonEX ONE is scalable and flexible to grow to any size and data network infrastructure. With easy to use drill down reporting, PhonEX ONE is user centric and reports on all activity associated with an inpidual's varied devices such as telephone, cellular phone, telephone calling card, conferencing and more. PhonEX ONE supports multi sites, multiple languages and currencies and multiple CDR sources. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Communication Manager Release 5.
