SJS Solutions Ltd announced that Optymyse RT Wallboard application is compliant with key IP telephony and contact center solutions from Avaya.

HAMPSHIRE, U.K. – SJS Solutions Ltd, a leading Call/Contact Centre optimization company, today announced that its Optymyse RT Wallboard application is compliant with key Internet protocol (IP) telephony and contact center solutions from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.


The Optymyse RT Wallboards use professional LCD screens to help businesses drive improvements in customer care, agent motivation and customer retention.  The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya CMS.
