Vox Spectrum Limited Selected for Membership in Avaya DevConnect Program

Vox Spectrum, a worldwide leader in voice logging and recording technology, announced it has been selected for membership in the Avaya DevConnect program.

DUBAI, UAE – Vox Spectrum Limited, a worldwide leader in voice logging and recording technology, today announced it has been selected by Avaya Inc., a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services, for membership in the Avaya DevConnect program.

 

Vox Spectrum is the developer of DGVox series of voice Logger, an application that helps to record, archive and playback the voice conversations over telephone lines and two-way radios. Using DGVox's advanced recording and archiving capabilities, companies can record and archive conversations made over IP, Digital, Analog telephones and 2-way radios. The recordings along with the powerful DGVox software and the modules for Agent Quality Monitoring and Agent Screen Capture can be used for training their customer interface staff, resolve disputes, used as evidence in a court of law and authenticate financial transactions made over the phone. DGVox also helps to ensure national security by enabling security agencies to archive lawfully intercepted conversations.
