KnoahSoft's Harmony Now Avaya IP Office 6.0 Compliant


KnoahSoft announced that Harmony Suite is compliant with IP Office 6.0 from Avaya.

Harmony helps SMB customers improve customer satisfaction and increase operational awareness by providing IP-based contact centers with a low-cost, modular web-based solution. The application is the first call recording and quality assurance suite to be compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with IP Office 6.0.
