Symmetrics Business Intelligence Selected for Membership in Avaya DevConnect Program

Symmetrics Business Intelligence, a provider of reporting and analytic solutions for performance management in contact centers, has been selected for Gold membership in the Avaya DevConnect program.

 

VANCOUVER, BC – Symmetrics Business Intelligence, a provider of reporting and analytic solutions for performance management in contact centers, today announced it has been selected by Avaya Inc., a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services, for Gold membership in the Avaya DevConnect program.

 

Symmetrics is the developer of nVISION Suite, a business intelligence platform for integrating all contact center data - from ACD, IVR, CRM, workforce management, quality monitoring, web, e-mail or CTI - for completely customizable reporting and analysis. As a result, all contact center stakeholders — managers, supervisors and agents - can make better, more timely decisions for increased performance.

Gold-level members and Platinum members must meet rigorous Avaya criteria for customer satisfaction, product support, business operations, marketing and sales.
