Symmetrics nVISION Suite Reporting & Analysis Solution Now Rated "Avaya Compliant"

Symmetrics Business Intelligence announced that its nVISION Suite is compliant with key contact center solutions from Avaya.

 

VANCOUVER, BC and DENVER, CO — Symmetrics Business Intelligence, a provider of reporting and analytic solutions for performance management in contact centers, today announced that its nVISION Suite is compliant with key contact center solutions from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services. Symmetrics made the announcement from Global Connect 2010, the annual International Association of Avaya Users (InAAU) conference being held April 18-21 in Denver, Colorado.

 

With the Avaya compliance testing, Symmetrics nVISION Suite will enable customers to integrate Avaya Call Management System (CMS) data with information from other call center systems - whether ACD, IVR, CRM, workforce management, quality monitoring, web, e-mail or CTI - for completely customizable reporting and analysis.

As a Gold member of the program, Symmetrics is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. There, a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant. Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure - speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
