BBX Technologies Vuesion Solution Now Rated Avaya Compliant


BBX Technologies announced that its Vuesion Multimedia Contact Center is compliant with key collaboration solutions from Avaya.

Richardson, Texas — BBX Technologies, a leading provider of Contact Center solutions, today announced that its Vuesion® Multimedia Contact Center is compliant with key collaboration solutions from Avaya, a global provider of business collaboration and communication software and services.


Vuesion® helps businesses manage their contact centers with a complete solution  providing skills based routing, multichannel and multimedia blended distribution, reporting, callback queuing, blended out-dial campaigns and voice call recording. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya IP Office 9.0.


Companies benefiting from the interoperability of BBX Technologies and Avaya solutions include those where a formal or informal call center is required to increase agent productivity and efficiency, handle multiple media in a blended and skills based environment, enhance supervisory, statistics and reporting capabilities.
