Avaya Appoints Steve Joyner to Head of Sales Engineering, Europe


Guildford, UK2016: Avaya, a global leader in business communications software, systems and services, today announced it is has appointed Steve Joyner as Head of Sales Engineering for Europe.


Avaya’s Sales Engineering organisation provides unique solutions to help companies resolve inpidual business challenges. Responsible for both the day-to-day running of the 180-strong European sales engineering team across 19 countries, as well as its overall strategy and vision for the pision, Steve’s focus is on delivering innovative digital solutions to Avaya’s European customers.


Steve has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. He has undertaken a range of technical roles at companies including GEC Plessy, Nortel and Avaya in Europe and the Middle East.  Most recently he was a manager within the European Sales Engineering team at Avaya. He takes up his new appointment with immediate effect.
