China Eastern Airlines Goes Digital With Avaya Unified Communications


Leading Chinese airline rolls out extensive suite of Avaya solutions across its entire network of offices and subsidiaries

(NYSE:AVYA) today announced that China Eastern Airlines has implemented a complete Avaya unified communication and collaboration solution to support its corporate headquarters and disperse operational locations. As one of the first Chinese companies with business communications fully based on an IP architecture, China Eastern Airlines has dramatically reduced costs, increased efficiency, and built a solid, flexible communications foundation for the future.
